Personal data will be processed until the data subject withdraws consent or until the end of contractual relations plus three (3) years after their termination.
Consent can be withdrawn by the User or their representative by sending a request to the Operator via the contacts specified below.
If consent is withdrawn, the Operator may continue processing personal data without it if there are legal grounds as provided by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.

5. Validity
This Consent is valid indefinitely until the termination of personal data processing specified in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
